These terms govern your use of the Marsh Way service. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
We provide hosted product analytics. We may update features from time to time and will give notice of material changes.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt or probe the service without written permission.
- Do not send personal data you have no right to process.
- Do not resell access without an agreement.
3. Payment
Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel in Settings at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
4. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Courts in Lisbon have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We will email account owners 30 days before material changes take effect.
